The Process

We also offer personalised alterations to existing Lumière designs, such as adjusting the length of a bracelet or tailoring details to better suit your preferences.
The process is simple and expertly guided every step of the way, so you can focus on the meaning behind the piece while we take care of the rest.
Send us your idea — it can be a sketch, photo, or simple description. The more detail, the better. We’ll listen closely to your story, preferences, and any technical or sentimental elements you’d like to include.
2. Design & Quotation
Our designers will review your concept to ensure it’s technically sound and beautifully achievable. Once everything aligns with your vision, we’ll provide a detailed quote for your approval.
After your 10% deposit is placed, we’ll begin working on your 3D design and present a detailed model for your review.
Our gem specialists will curate lab-grown diamonds to perfectly complement your bespoke design—ensuring optimal sparkle and harmony. You’ll have the opportunity to refine the design until it’s exactly right.
Once approved, your piece is handcrafted by our master artisans with care and precision. It’s then delivered in our signature Lumière packaging—ready to be worn, gifted, or cherished for a lifetime.

Once you approve the final design, we’ll need approximately 10 business days to craft your piece.
From initial consultation to delivery, the full timeline varies depending on the complexity—but we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Yes. All diamonds above 0.3 carats come with an IGI / GIA certificate. Smaller accent stones are carefully vetted by our in-house experts and selected for maximum brilliance and clarity.
Absolutely. You’ll review a detailed 3D model before we begin production. We’ll only move forward once you’ve approved every detail and feel confident in your design.
Yes. Like all Lumière creations, your bespoke jewellery is protected by our 2-year warranty, covering craftsmanship and material integrity.
