This notice explains how Lumière collects and uses personal data to process orders, provide customer care, meet legal obligations and improve the website. We do not sell your data.

Chat support records

When you use the Lumiere chat concierge, we may store the full conversation, page path, session identifier, timestamps, model or fallback status, product cards shown, full IP address, full user-agent, locale, source ids and safety/redaction flags for support quality, security, abuse prevention and compliance review. Sensitive values such as card details, one-time codes, passwords, API keys, private keys and raw tokens are redacted before transcript storage where detected.
