Where we deliver
We currently deliver to countries within the European Union. Shipping is free, tracked, and insured.
Preparation and transit
Most pieces are made to order and take approximately 7 business days to complete after payment is confirmed. Transit after dispatch is usually 3-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Tracking
We will email tracking information after your order has been dispatched. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, courier disruption, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if it needs to change. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch. Risk passes on delivery to the address provided. Unclaimed or refused parcels may be returned to us, and any resulting carrier costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or transit damage, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will work with the carrier and advise you on the next steps.
Cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Once an order has been dispatched, the returns policy applies. Custom or personalised work may not be cancellable after production begins, except where required by law.
