The terms that govern browsing, ordering, and purchasing from Lumière Diamonds.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply when you browse our website, contact Lumière, create an account, or purchase jewelry and related services from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from our website.

Orders and contract formation

When you place an order, you must provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, and payment information. A purchase contract is formed when we confirm your order by email after payment or required deposit confirmation.

We may cancel or refuse an order where a product is unavailable, payment is not completed, information is incorrect, fraud is suspected, or an obvious pricing or product error has occurred.

Products, pricing, and availability

Products are subject to availability. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We aim to keep descriptions, images, specifications, and prices accurate, but minor differences and errors may occur. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Payment

Payments are processed by secure payment providers. Your order will not move into atelier review, production, or dispatch until the required payment has been confirmed.

Production, shipping, and delivery

Delivery estimates are provided during checkout or order communication. They are estimates and may change because of production timing, quality control, courier disruption, customs checks, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We provide tracking after dispatch where tracking is available. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.

Returns and cancellations

Eligible unused and unworn products may be returned within the return period stated in our returns policy and in line with applicable consumer law. Products must be returned with original packaging and accompanying documents.

Made-to-order, bespoke, engraved, altered, or personalized products may be excluded from return or cancellation rights unless they are defective or the law requires otherwise.

Warranty and product care

Lumière products include a lifetime craftsmanship warranty for manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty excludes normal wear, accidental damage, loss, theft, neglect, improper care, and third-party repairs.

If you believe a product has a defect, contact us with your order reference, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can assess the claim and advise on repair, replacement, or other available remedy.

Intellectual property

Website content, product images, designs, text, trademarks, and other materials belong to Lumière, Nova Group Sp. z o.o., or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use them without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumière is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
